Sales training

As well as training your sales teams we can collaborate to accredit existing sales training.

If you have sales training and you want it accredited along with members of your sales team that you want to give professional development to, this is now available from the APS. The Academy of Sales is an accredited partner with a particular focus on behavioural sales training.

Course outline

The course is a blend of classroom and distance learning (WebEx, E-learning, Zoom sessions), combined with 1-2-1 coaching with an experienced sales coach

Training can be tailored based upon specific methodology and / or sales process Apprentices will study all elements of the sales process as well as the behavioral elements that help drive optimum performance Achievement of the standard meets the eligibility requirements for Sales Certification at Level 4 with the Association of Professional Sales (APS).

  • Understanding market conditions
  • Financial / commercial acumen
  • Behavioral training on resilience, integrity, self-discipline

Our approach

We use the 70:20:10 model and unique i-DARE methodology to embed all learning – in our experience most experienced sales people know what they need to do but it is behvarioual blockers that prevent them from doing so. Our model helps them understand what they are.

Length

15-18 months (based upon experience)

We will consider new starters if there is sufficient support and mentoring from your organisation (likely to be 24 month programme in this instance)
