In 2018 after 15 years in the Education and Training sector, I started working for myself as a consultant to support and develop other training providers. I joined The Academy Hub (Academy of Sales) in 2018 as a Freelance Quality Lead IV. Between 2010 and 2018 I held various roles Training Consultant with full responsibilities with an occupancy of learners, delivering apprenticeships within Management, Advice and Guidance, Business Administration, Customer Service, Warehouse and Storage and ITQ. Year 2012 I became a Lead Quality Co-ordinator then in 2013 I was promoted to a Regional Skills Manager.
Beginning my career was within the Dunlop organisation in 1996 and becoming a Business Unit Manager at 25.
My key expertise is in operations KPI delivery in terms of OTIF, continuous improvement and team development. I am a degree qualified professional manager with a quality orientated result driven management style. An investor in people, with strong data driven analytical skills and the focus, rigour and discipline to provide clear and effective leadership.
I have continued my career path in various Training Businesses from an Assessor, Internal Verifier, Training Quality Co-Ordinator, Regional Training Manager and now a Freelance Consultant.
The purpose of my role at The Academy Hub is to deliver high quality leadership and management of Apprenticeship delivery to ensure all requirements are met in terms of; funding bodies, quality (Ofsted), compliance, internal procedures, stakeholder, learner and employer satisfaction.
My previous employed competence comes from a highly competitive and rapidly evolving Aerospace industry, change management. During this time, I started my career as an Assessor, this was part of my operations management position in 2003, I have gained knowledge and various amounts of experience in dealing with different learners to accommodate their learning techniques and being able to manage the right assessment and learning methods to support them in creating a presentable portfolio.
As an effective and responsible senior manager, my input is fundamental for the development and maintenance of a safe and harmonious working environment within a culture of quality continuous improvement.
