Course outline

The course is a blend of classroom and distance learning (WebEx, E-learning, Zoom sessions),combined with 1-2-1 coaching with an experienced ‘winning mentality’ coach. Training can be tailored based upon specific methodology. Apprentices will study all elements of leadership as well as the behavioral elements that help drive optimum performance and create stronger relationships. Project – focused on ‘real-time’ events at work, creating additional revenue/productivity for business. We are an ILM centre (Institute of Leadership and Management) which means that we can offer this additional accreditation that includes workbooks and a professional certificate.

Length

15-18 months (based upon experience)
We will consider new starters if there is sufficient support and mentoring from your organisation (likely to be 24 month programme in this instance)
