We have a range of programmes which we tailor all the way from a Year 8 school’s course through to training for experienced professionals.

What remains consistent is our belief that attitude is as important as technical skill.  So as well as giving learners key skills to make them do better at their job, we actively encourage them, using our I-DARE methodology, to reflect on how and why they think, feel and act the way that they do.

This makes our training much more meaningful and fundamental than standard skills training and makes it more likely that the learner will embed it into their daily practice.
